The following documents shall be attached to the application
* For certification work for the producer the following documents shall be attached:
document, which confirms the right for product provision;
technical documentation of the factory-producer in Russian and English languages. the translation authenticity shall be confirmed by declarer or qualified organization;
technical terms (TT) or technical requirements ( Т R) confirmed by the branch. The decision for adaptation of the present communication means to the telecommunication net of the common use of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In case of failing the present documentation, the certification organ shall fulfill works within the period of certification works;
attested certificate copy for quality system or production.
* For certification work for lot the following materials shall be attached to the application:
list of batch numbers (factory), product units in lot;
certificate of origin;
copy of the contract or agreement between seller and buyer;
invoice;
technical characteristics for the product;
enchiridion for product usage;
technical passport for the product;
technical terms (TT) or technical requirements (ТR) confirmed by the branch. The decision for adaptation of the present communication means to the telecommunication net of the common use of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In case of failing the present documentation, the certification organ shall fulfill works within the period of certification works
Notes: the list of technical documentation shall be specified while consideration order of the application. Technical documentation shall be submitted in Russian or English. The translation authenticity shall be confirmed by declarer or qualified organization
* The following materials shall be attached to the application of certificate recognition of CIS countries for the products made in country where the certificate is issued:
